About us
Ayagama is an online store based in Melbourne’s south-east, Victoria, selling plastic model kits, tools and hobby supplies to customers in Australia.
Products and availability
- We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and details can look slightly different on different screens, and some photos may show a built or painted example.
- Model kits usually need to be assembled. Some kits contain small parts and are not suitable for young children.
- All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know and give you a full refund for that item.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
- Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if we suspect fraud or cannot supply the item). If we cancel, we will refund any payment in full.
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. See our Shipping page for costs and delivery information.
Returns and refunds
We don’t offer change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Trademarks
Ayagama is an independent retailer. Product names, brands and trademarks shown on this site (including Gundam and Gunpla) belong to their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Using our website
Please don’t misuse our website, for example by trying to disrupt it or access it without permission. The content on this site, such as text, design and our own photos, belongs to Ayagama and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. This does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
