Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat $12.95 AUD per order, Australia-wide. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment. Every kit is carefully packed to protect the box during transit.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Most parcels arrive within a few business days of dispatch, but regional and remote areas can take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
Check your address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. We can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@ayagama.com with your order number (and photos of any damage). We will work with the carrier to resolve it and, where appropriate, send a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for more.
